How we calculate façade embodied carbon: We start with multiple options for façade materials, using a Grasshopper-Rhino tool we built that extracts information from a materials spreadsheet. Then we pick one option for direct parametric 3D visualization and link it to our AI model to obtain an instant estimate of the carbon content of each façade component. Then we can adjust choices to minimize embodied carbon.
